Waterproof trousers, gloves, hats, scarves, coats and snow-boots donned, we were ready to face the blustery wind and icey chill and head out into the great outdoors...

A very ordinary moment for a family with small children... doubtless many other families across the country were wrapping up for a playground trip on Saturday afternoon at just the same time as we were. Whatever the case, we had two very happy little ladies at the discovery of a new playground to explore and discover...
... and giant swing/hammock!
