Baking Day!

I have been a busy beaver this week as I've caught the baking bug. We are HUGE fans of Hummingbird Bakery's "Oat and Raisin" cookies, so I made a huge batch at the weekend... far too many for Dave and I to munch through (I'm sure we could manage it - it just wouldn't be too good for our waistlines!!!) So I decided to pack them up pretty and give them out to friends and family!
