Ready for our Staycation...

The best thing about half term for the girls is having Papa at home. They will climb all over him; Ava hoping to be flung in the air, and Heidi hoping not to be (she's not a fan!!) They'll sing with him, make puzzles with him, watch football with him (!!), and read book after book after book...

So really, although I had all these fabulous plans for our Staycation - trips out here there and everywhere - that have been scuppered by pelting rain and gale-force winds, I know the girls won't mind too much.

They're just happy to be with their Papa.

And so our half-term takes a slightly different angle...

We're hoping to hit the pool, head up to one of the London Museums and take a trip to Brighton... but we'll see.

We may well just end up making our own fun at home!
