Well, after tackling the lounge/kitchen/diner, next on our hit-list was the little room (which is soon to be transformed again into the nursery before the arrival of Bubba Sims... more pics to follow!!!) Anyway, as with all the other rooms, it started its life with us as a rather drab, outdated little room with grotty carpet, hideous yellow walls and an extremely ugly brown roller blind... despite all this, it seemed like it was all aesthetics... didn't seem like SUCH a big job...
That was until we pulled back the wallpaper to discover the back wall was covered in hideous, ugly, horrible to remove CORK TILES!!!! A NIGHTMARE to remove... bring in the girls; Emma, Kristin, Cheryl and myself all had a go with the sander...Still, we battled through the cork and ended up with a lovely, cosy little bedroom for visiting guests...
